Ingredients
7 oz feta cheese block (preferably in brine)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup mixed olives (green and Kalamata), pitted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Instructions
