Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream (if using), chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
