Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (blanched)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus 1/2 cup for topping)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the cream cheese and heavy cream together. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar and mix until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, bacon, and cheese sauce. Mix until fully coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
