Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Parmesan Linguine:
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup reserved pasta water (as needed)

- Extra grated Parmesan
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Additional chopped parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Linguine
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Bites
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes (if using) and squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Return the chicken to the pan, tossing it in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Prepare the Parmesan Linguine
- In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt smoothly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss the drained linguine in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
Step 5: Assemble and Serve
- Plate the Parmesan linguine and top with the lemon garlic butter chicken bites.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
