Description

Looking for a creamy, comforting, low-carb dish that practically cooks itself? Keto Crockpot Crack Chicken is loaded with tender shredded chicken, savory ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese blended into a rich cream cheese sauce. Perfect for easy dinner ideas, keto meal prep, and satisfying low carb comfort food.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 oz ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup chicken broth optional

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Sliced green onions optional

Chopped parsley optional

Extra shredded cheese optional

Instructions

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.

2. Add softened cream cheese in chunks over the chicken. Pour chicken broth around the sides if using.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.

4. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the melted cream cheese.

5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon and mix well.

6. Cook uncovered for another 5–10 minutes until the cheese melts completely.

7. Serve hot with optional toppings like green onions, parsley, or extra cheese.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese so it melts smoothly into the sauce.

Season the chicken before slow cooking to maximize flavor.

Freshly shredded cheddar melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
