Description

This Keto Cottage Cheese Egg Bake is a high-protein, low-carb breakfast or brunch dish made with fluffy eggs, creamy cottage cheese, and sharp cheddar. It’s rich, satisfying, and ideal for meal prep or feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (small curd preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add heavy cream and cottage cheese to the eggs; stir until blended.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar, salt, and black pepper. Add parsley or other mix-ins if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  7. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
