Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pound chicken to even thickness and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.
