Craving something that feels gourmet but comes together in minutes? This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is a weeknight dinner miracle. Whether you’re after quick dinner ideas, healthy recipes, or food ideas for impressing guests, this easy recipe checks all the boxes. Great for clean eating, high-protein meals, and when you just want something that tastes really good.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (skin-on)

3 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

4 lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the glaze.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the salmon skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

5. Flip the salmon and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes.

6. Pour the glaze around the salmon in the skillet.

7. Let the glaze simmer and reduce for 2–3 minutes, spooning it over the salmon as it thickens.

8. Once the glaze is sticky and coats the salmon, remove from heat.

9. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices, if using.

10. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Make sure to let the salmon sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking for even searing.

Use a nonstick or well-seasoned skillet to prevent sticking and achieve a clean glaze.

You can double the glaze ingredients if you like extra sauce for drizzling over rice or vegetables.
