Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
