Description

Sweet, savory, and incredibly satisfying, this Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon is a go-to dish for a fast, flavorful dinner. Coated in a rich sauce of honey, garlic, butter, lemon, and soy, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour or brush the honey garlic butter sauce evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes. Baste the salmon with pan juices halfway through.
  7. For a caramelized finish, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with parsley before serving.
