Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients – In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Make the Batter – Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in Pecans – Gently fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring even distribution.
