2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch salt
Dash black pepper
Instructions
1. Measure out each ingredient and have them ready on your counter.
2. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, add Dijon mustard, honey, and mayonnaise. Whisk until combined.
3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend.
4. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil until the dressing emulsifies.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness as needed.
6. Store in a sealed jar or container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients to help the oil emulsify better.
For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
This dressing also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken.
