Ingredients
3 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
Instructions

5. Pour the mixture into clean jars and allow it to cool at room temperature.
6. Seal jars and refrigerate. The jam will continue to thicken as it chills.
