1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the crock pot.
