Ingredients

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter (melted)

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅛ teaspoon salt

½ cup powdered sugar

12 teaspoons milk or cream

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

2. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

5. Pour half of the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it. Add half the cinnamon swirl and gently swirl with a knife.

6. Repeat with remaining fudge and cinnamon swirl. Swirl again gently.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

8. Mix powdered sugar with milk or cream to make a drizzle.

9. Once fudge is set, cut into squares and drizzle with icing. Let it set before serving.

Notes

Always melt the white chocolate slowly to prevent burning.

Chill the fudge fully before slicing to get clean, firm squares.

Adjust the icing thickness by adding more milk or sugar for your desired consistency.
