Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized chunks.
- Season with salt and pepper (and garlic powder if desired).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare bowls by placing chopped romaine in the bottom.
- Place cooked chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and chopped cilantro on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
