2 chicken breasts

2 cups cooked rice

1 1/2 cups corn kernels

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

1. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Heat a skillet with olive oil, add corn, and sauté until slightly charred.
