Ingredients

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 ripe banana mashed

2/3 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey optional

1 pinch salt

1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts optional


Instructions

1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until mostly smooth.

2. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey and mix well.

3. Stir in the gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt until evenly combined.

4. Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container.

Notes
