Ingredients
1 lb large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the shrimp. Toss to coat.
4. Add grated parmesan and panko breadcrumbs to the bowl, gently mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
5. Spread shrimp on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 8–10 minutes or until pink and the coating is golden.
