Description

A creamy, savory pasta dish featuring tender ground beef, garlic-infused parmesan sauce, and perfectly cooked spaghetti. This quick and easy comfort meal is perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy dinner. Serve with fresh parsley and extra parmesan for a rich, flavorful finish.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Garlic – In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the Sauce – Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan – Gradually stir in the grated parmesan cheese, mixing until fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Combine Everything – Return the beef to the skillet, then add the cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve – Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and top with extra parmesan. Serve immediately and enjoy!
