Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, seared steak cubes coated in a rich, garlicky butter sauce. This quick and flavorful recipe is ideal for weeknight dinners, entertaining guests, or satisfying a serious steak craving with minimal prep and cook time.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
  7. Return steak to skillet, add remaining butter, and toss to coat.
  8. Cook for another minute, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
