Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, seared steak cubes coated in a rich, garlicky butter sauce. This quick and flavorful recipe is ideal for weeknight dinners, entertaining guests, or satisfying a serious steak craving with minimal prep and cook time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
- Return steak to skillet, add remaining butter, and toss to coat.
- Cook for another minute, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
