Description

This Garlic Butter Beef & Cheesy Bowtie Pasta is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting one-pan meal. Tender ground beef, garlic butter, and a luscious cheese sauce coat every bite of bowtie pasta, making it a quick and easy dinner perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly. Let cook for 2-3 minutes so flavors meld.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
