Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly. Let cook for 2-3 minutes so flavors meld.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
