Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup marshmallow fluff

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan. Stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.

3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk melted chocolate mixture with granulated and brown sugar.

4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold into wet ingredients.

6. Pour half the batter into the pan. Add spoonfuls of peanut butter and fluff. Swirl lightly.

7. Add remaining batter. Swirl in more peanut butter and fluff if desired.

8. Bake for 28–32 minutes or until set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

9. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, lift out, then slice into 12 squares.

10. Serve warm or store for later. Enjoy!

Notes

Brownies taste even better the next day as flavors deepen.

For a gooier texture, bake on the lower end of the bake time and let cool completely.

Add chopped peanuts or flaky salt on top for a fun twist.
