Description

Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a rich and spicy noodle dish packed with bold flavors. Juicy, seared chicken thighs top a bed of ramen noodles bathed in a garlicky, velvety cream sauce with just the right amount of heat. It’s comforting, quick to make, and full of restaurant-quality flair.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on preferred)
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles (instant, discard flavor packet)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil (for searing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken thighs in this mixture for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same pan used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth to the garlic and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and a pinch of chili flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked noodles into the creamy garlic sauce and stir until well coated.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the saucy noodles.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and extra chili flakes if desired.
