Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese softened

3/4 cup eggnog

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined, then press into the pan.

3. Bake crust for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.

4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and flour.

5. Add eggnog and mix on low speed until combined.

6. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and nutmeg.

7. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top evenly.

8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is slightly set.

9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

10. Slice into bars, garnish with nutmeg if desired, and serve.

Use full-fat cream cheese and eggnog for the best creamy texture

Do not overmix after adding eggs to prevent cracks
