Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (12 oz) kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the tortellini with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Spread the tortellini, sliced kielbasa, cherry tomatoes, and garlic on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle remaining olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together directly on the sheet pan to coat evenly.
- Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
