Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small onion, chopped into large chunks
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
0.25 cup chicken broth or water
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden and set aside.
4. In the same pan, stir-fry onions, bell peppers, and broccoli. Add garlic and ginger last for 30 seconds.
5. Return chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
