Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (about 36) chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk

For the Whipped Topping Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (remaining)

Toppings:

  • Easter candy eggs
  • Marshmallow bunny peeps
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

 



Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  5. Decorate with Easter candies, peeps, sprinkles, or chocolate shavings.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
