With just a few pantry ingredients and minimal prep, it’s perfect for busy weeknights, cozy weekend meals, or meal prepping for the week. This easy recipe delivers all the indulgence of restaurant-style Alfredo with the simplicity of a slow cooker. Whether you’re craving a quick dinner, need new food ideas, or are hunting for satisfying pasta dinner ideas, this Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo is a must-try!

Ingredients

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 ounces cream cheese, cubed

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

12 ounces cooked fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

2. Pour Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.

3. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

4. Remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the Crock Pot.

5. Stir in cubed cream cheese and parmesan cheese until smooth and well combined.

6. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and mix thoroughly to coat with sauce.

7. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For the best texture, always cook the pasta separately and add it just before serving.

Softened cream cheese melts faster and blends better into the sauce.

Freshly grated parmesan gives a richer flavor and smoother consistency than pre-shredded cheese.
