Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenders or chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk (optional)
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

- Grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or chives (garnish)
- Favorite dipping sauces (honey mustard, ranch, spicy mayo)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack over it. Lightly grease.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs (and milk if using), and one with the breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, seasonings, and optional parmesan).
