Ingredients

500g fresh salmon fillets, skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, ensuring even sizing for uniform cooking. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.

2. Season the salmon cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, tossing gently to coat.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add salmon cubes in a single layer without overcrowding.

4. Sear each side for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy, then remove from heat.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Adjust heat to taste.

6. Drizzle or toss salmon bites in the bang bang sauce, then top with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Pat salmon very dry before cooking to ensure maximum crispiness.
