Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.

6. Return beef to the skillet and add cooked fettuccine. Toss to combine.

7. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.

8. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
