Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish made with tender cheese ravioli tossed in a creamy garlic-Parmesan mushroom sauce. This quick and indulgent meal is perfect for weeknights or cozy dinners at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set ravioli aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden and tender.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Gently fold in cooked ravioli, adding a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
