1 pound baby potatoes halved
2 tablespoons hot honey plus extra for drizzling

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Halve baby potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and hot honey. Spread cut-side down on a baking sheet.
