Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a luxurious, hearty dish that blends pan-seared chicken with a smooth parmesan-infused cream sauce and spiral pasta. Each bite captures layers of garlic, herbs, and savory richness, perfect for weeknight indulgence or special dinners.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Pasta:

  • 10 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • Water and salt for boiling

For the Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Boil pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, simmer gently, then stir in parmesan until smooth.
  6. Add parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency with pasta water.
  7. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Cook 1–2 minutes to absorb flavors.
  8. Slice chicken and place over pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
  9. Serve immediately.
