Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts cubed
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup reserved pasta water
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, parsley, and Parmesan. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water and drain.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken in batches until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in cream and simmer gently.
5. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
6. Toss in the cooked pasta. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
7. Return chicken to the skillet or serve on top of pasta.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and more Parmesan. Serve hot.
