Soft and delicate, these Condensed Milk Snow Cookies melt in your mouth with every bite. Made with sweetened condensed milk, butter, and a light dusting of powdered sugar and shredded coconut, they are perfect for holiday gatherings or as a cozy treat. Easy to make and beautifully festive!

 



Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (for coating)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly into discs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but not browned.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll the edges in shredded coconut and dust the tops with powdered sugar.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
