3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/3 cup ketchup (for topping)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (for topping)
1 teaspoon vinegar (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for 3–5 minutes.
3. Add ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and parsley to the bowl. Mix gently until combined.
4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet or press into a loaf pan.
5. Mix topping ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar) and spread over the loaf.
