Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cookie Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan firmly to form the crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
