Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice or corn square cereal (like Chex)
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese extract (or vanilla extract + cheesecake pudding mix)
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for added cheesecake flavor)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each session until smooth.
  2. Mix in the flavoring – Stir the cherry gelatin powder and cream cheese extract into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  3. Coat the cereal – Place the cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted chocolate mixture over it. Gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  4. Add powdered sugar – Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar, and shake until fully covered.
