Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed (for the crust)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for topping)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for topping)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies for the crust and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 50–60 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center should jiggle slightly.
- Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce, top with whipped cream, and add more chopped Reese’s before serving.
