Description

This Caramel Reese’s Oreo Cheesecake is a rich, indulgent dessert that combines a smooth cheesecake filling with a crunchy Oreo crust, topped with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. Perfect for any occasion, this decadent treat is sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed (for the crust)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for topping)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies for the crust and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped Reese’s and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 50–60 minutes. The edges should be set, but the center should jiggle slightly.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce, top with whipped cream, and add more chopped Reese’s before serving.
