Description

This bold and indulgent dish pairs juicy Cajun-seasoned steak bites with rich, creamy fettuccine Alfredo. It’s the perfect combination of spice and comfort, ready in under 40 minutes—a fantastic choice for a cozy night in or an impressive meal for guests.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your preferred cut)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the steak: Pat steak dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Toss with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

  2. Cook the pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  3. Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm.

  4. Make Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Finish the sauce: Gradually whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Combine: Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.

  7. Serve: Plate the pasta, top with steak bites, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
