1 cup all-purpose flour
0.75 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk optional
Turbinado sugar optional topping
Extra butter pats optional topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix peaches with sugars lemon juice vanilla cinnamon and cornstarch then let sit 10 minutes.
3. Whisk flour sugar baking powder and salt in a bowl.
4. Combine melted butter egg and vanilla in another bowl.
