- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar-mozzarella blend)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough (8 pieces)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Extra shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until combined. Stir in green onions if using.
- Separate biscuit or pizza dough into 8 portions and flatten slightly.
- Add 1 heaping tablespoon of filling to the center of each dough piece.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and seal well. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and extra cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
