Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups sliced pepperoni

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles (optional)

1/4 cup diced green bell peppers (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.

3. Pour the pizza sauce over the biscuits. Add 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and any optional toppings. Gently toss to coat.

4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the biscuit mixture evenly.

5. Top with remaining mozzarella, all pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese.

6. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

7. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot!

Notes

Use pre-cooked meats and sauté vegetables beforehand to prevent sogginess.

Don’t overdo the sauce — too much can weigh down the biscuits.

For a crispy top, broil the casserole for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
