Ingredients

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup toffee bits

10 oz milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

optional sea salt flakes for garnish

extra toffee bits for topping

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl or food processor, blend crushed graham crackers, softened cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until a sticky dough forms.

2. Gently fold in the toffee bits until evenly distributed.

3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

4. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

5. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

7. Place dipped truffles on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with toffee bits or sea salt.

8. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate to speed up setting.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing for a smooth texture.

Use a fork or dipping tool to coat the truffles cleanly in chocolate.

Chill dough thoroughly to make rolling easier and prevent sticking.
