Ingredients
- 12 oz short-cut pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets (about 3 cups)
- 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or light cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli florets during the last 2 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
