Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup blueberry pie filling
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons crumb topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each into a 3-4 inch disc.
2. Add about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling to the center of each disc.
3. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
4. Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar or crumb topping.
5. Place bombs in air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Always seal the dough tightly to avoid filling leaks.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; work in batches if needed.
Let them cool slightly before serving—filling gets extremely hot.
