Ingredients
3 blood oranges
2 ripe avocados
4 cups arugula
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice or red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
