- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir continuously for 1 minute to cook out the raw flavor.
- Slowly pour in chicken broth, whisking to combine. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Let the sauce thicken for 2–3 minutes, then return the chicken to the skillet.
