Ingredients

30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup butter (melted)

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes or potato chips

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
